On Feb. 16, Tainan City Government announced Case #19862, a male in his thirties who is a contact of Kaohsiung’s Case #19732. At the beginning, he tested negative. He then had a fever during his home isolation period; after the specimen collection, he was confirmed as a COVID-19 case on Feb. 15. His footprints before conducting home isolation are in the attachment. All of his contacts are identified.
