On Apr. 2, Tainan City Government announced footprints of two confirmed cases from Keelung City.
Case #23853 is a male in his fifties and a friend of Keelung’s female Case #23856. These two cases were in Tainan on Mar. 31. On Apr. 1, Case #23853 experienced itchy throat and was confirmed as a COVID-19 case with a Ct value of 19.4; meanwhile, Case #23856 showed the symptoms like runny nose and cough and was confirmed as a COVID-19 case with a Ct value of 25.1.
Their footprints in Tainan City were listed in the attachment. The city government urges citizens who had visited the same restaurants as these cases did to call Tainan’s pandemic prevention hotline (06-2880180) for specimen collection arrangement. As for other citizens who had same footprints as these cases, please fully conduct self-health management. If one shows illness or suspected symptoms, please wear a face mask and seek medical attention and specimen collection arrangement.
