The government will dynamically adjust these measures as the outbreak evolves.

Sports venues and stadiums will be opened under certain conditions. Both public and private sports venues area are allowed to open and provide rental services under the common principles of epidemic prevention and control announced by the Central Epidemic Command Center (CECC ) on July 8. These principles entail the following:

  2. Capacity reduction limited to 25% of the optimal load capacity.
  3. Maintain social distance and wear masks at all times.
  4. Thorough cleaning and disinfection of venues.
  5. Complete rapid-screening for all on-site instructors.

In addition, the following areas at sports venues remain closed. Visitors should verify the information of each venue before heading over.

  1. Indoor and outdoor pools at public sports venues.
  2. Basketball courts (included roofed courts) and children playgrounds.
  3. Leisure and entertainment facilities in all private sports venues, including indoor and outdoor swimming pools, basketball courts, bowling alleys, billiard rooms, and indoor screen-based golf driving ranges, etc.
