Tainan Public Transportation Adjustment in Response to CECC's Partial Relaxation (2021/07/13)

The Executive Yuan announced the Level 3 epidemic alert will be extended but some restrictions will be partially relaxed. In response to this announcement, Tainan City Government will conditionally reopen the access to city bus, T-Bike and affiliated sports facilities of parking areas since July 13.

 

In terms of city bus, the adjustments are listed below:

  1. Remain the “level 3 alert schedule” (reduce the frequency) and will adjust the schedule according to traffic volume.
  2. From July 17, “88 Tainan Loop Route” will restore holiday services: from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (8 shifts a day).
  3. From July 17, Mountain Line & Museum Route will restore holiday services: (8 shifts a day).
  • Departs from Tainan City Zuojhen Fossil Park: 0930、1130、1400、1500
  • Departs from Tainan Astronomical Education Area: 1000、1200、1430、1530
  1. Other Sightseeing Bus service, including route 33, 61, 77-1, 77-2, 99, R3-1, and Double-decker Sightseeing Bus remain suspended.

 

From July 13, Tainan Metropolitan Park’s T-Bike station will restore kids bikes service and T-Bike service center will conduct contact-information-based measures, entry-and-exit control and crowd and flow control.

 

As for parking lots, the affiliated basketball facilities are still not open to the public while the affiliated roller skating rinks will open from July 13. The open facilities shall conduct contact-information-based measures and crowd and flow control; visitors shall wear masks all the time.
