As the Executive Yuan announced that the nationwide Level 3 epidemic alert will be extended, while some restrictions will be partially lifted, Tainan City Government will conditionally open city-affiliated parks and the Spring since July 13. The city government urged citizens not to gather together in these venues. It is aimed that Tainan citizens can relax and enjoy outdoor spaces on the premise of full compliance with disease prevention and control regulations.
Trails, grass areas, seating areas, roller skating rinks and restrooms of every city-affiliated park will be opened. Citizens who visit these places shall wear a mask all the times and keep a distance from others of at least 1.5 meters.
In terms of the Spring, it will conduct contact-information-based measures and the maximum capacity limit of the underground square area is 500 persons. In order to control the crowd and flow, 4 out of 5 main entrances will be closed, except for the only one located in Zhongzheng Road. In addition, shower rooms will not open to the public.
