On Feb. 28, Tainan City Government announced a confirmed case. Case #20581, a male in his twenties living in Guiren District who showed no symptoms and has completed the first dose of vaccine. He contacted with Tainan’s Case #19862 in workplace and was identified to conduct home isolation on Feb. 16. Right before his home isolation period ended; he tested positive with Ct value 31.12 on Feb. 27.
Case #20581 was confirmed as a COVID-19 case during his home isolation period, so there’s a low risk of community spread. His footprints are listed in the attachment; all the places he had visited are all cleaned and disinfected. City government urges citizens who had same footprints as Case #20581 had to conduct self-health management.
