Tainan City Government announced footprints of a newly confirmed case from New Taipei City on Apr. 3.
Case #23754 is a teenage girl from New Taipei City. On Mar. 27, after staying in Tainan City for a while, she took THSR No. 654 (northbound) from Tainan Station. On Mar. 31 she started to experienced symptoms such as fever and running nose, she then received specimen collection in a community screening site and was tested positive with a Ct value of 18.22. The case had never been vaccinated for COVID-19.
Footprints of this case were listed in the attachment. The city government urges those who had dined in the same restaurant at the same period as the case did to call Tainan’s pandemic prevention hotline (06-2880180) for specimen collection arrangement. As for other citizens who had same footprints as these cases, please fully conduct self-health management. If one shows illness or suspected symptoms, please wear a face mask and seek medical attention and specimen collection arrangement.
