To better serve the citizens who hope to get a booster shot, National Cheng Kung University Hospital will administer booster shots of Moderna on this Saturday (January 15); please make an appointment before 12:00 p.m., January 14 (Fri.) Individuals aged 18 or older (born in or before Jan. 15, 2004) and have received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccine for 3 months are recommended to get a booster dose. Please make sure you have the Health Insurance Card and the Vaccination Record with you while getting vaccinated.
