Tainan City Government announced the footprints of a confirmed case from New Taipei City on August 23 (Case #16042, a male in his fifties). Due to his contact history with a confirmed case previously, he was arranged by the Department of Health, New Taipei City for a specimen collection and testing and thus was confirmed as a COVID-19 case on August 22. Since Case #16042 had a business trip to Tainan City on August 19, his footprints are listed in the attachment.
