Since level 3 alert was announced, Tainan City Government has set up the outdoor service counters in both Yonghua Civic Center and Minjhih Civic Center to accept citizens’ cases. As COVID-19 pandemic gradually subsides, the level 3 alert is possible to be downgraded after July 27, and thus Tainan City Government announced that from July 27 citizens will again be allowed to visit the two Civic Centers for business; however, citizens shall abide by the following regulations.

- Mask-wearing
- Goods and foods deliver to “Delivery Area”
- Double contact-information-based measures /Real-name registration
